MSBC Education
The Maine State Breastfeeding Coalition is committed to providing high-quality education to both lactation professionals and families. In addition to online resources, blog posts, and social media content, MSBC regularly hosts educational events and makes event recordings available for free viewing afterward. These offerings are designed to:
Support evidence-based lactation care and best practices for providers.
Equip parents and caregivers with practical information on breastfeeding, milk supply, infant feeding, and returning to work.
Increase access to education by providing flexible, on-demand learning options.
Foster a community of support across healthcare, workplace, and family settings.
MSBC invites providers and families to explore available resources, attend live events when possible, and watch recordings to stay informed and supported in their breastfeeding journeys.

The first Thursday of every even month we present an educational webinar focused on infant parenting or a feeding topic.

CE-Eligible Webinars
Select MSBC webinars are eligible to earn Continuing Education credits, for a $15 fee. Earning CE credits requires viewing the video and completion of a quiz and evaluation. Further instructions and links payment are included in the description of each webinar recording.
MSBC Annual Conference
Held each fall, the Maine State Breastfeeding Coalition Annual Conference is a one-day interdisciplinary event held in Augusta, Maine featuring hands-on sessions, statewide expert access, and networking.
